14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Return Policy)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
- Condition of Returned Items: Products must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method (Mollie) within 5-7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
- Return Postage: The buyer covers direct return shipping costs, unless the received product is defective or incorrect.
3. Terms of Sale, Prices & Tax (VAT)
All prices listed on kryloxxpro.shop are in Euros (€ EUR) and strictly include 22% Estonian Value Added Tax (VAT / KMKR).
Payments are processed securely via Mollie B.V. payment system. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, and Klarna. No card credentials are stored on our servers.
